How long does shipping take for a new Velotric e-bike?
Orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, delivery via FedEx or UPS Ground usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy for electric bikes?
We offer a 14-day return policy for bikes in new, unused condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer. Please note that a restocking fee and return shipping costs may apply.
Do Velotric e-bikes come with a warranty?
Yes, all our e-bikes are covered by a 2-year limited warranty that protects against manufacturing defects in the frame, motor, battery, and electrical components.
Is assembly difficult when the bike arrives?
Not at all. Velotric bikes arrive 85% pre-assembled. We provide all necessary tools and a step-by-step video guide to help you finish the assembly in about 20-30 minutes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. We also offer flexible financing options through Klarna and Affirm to help you pay over time.
Are your batteries UL certified for safety?
Safety is our priority. All Velotric batteries are UL 2271 recognized or UL 2849 certified, ensuring they meet the highest global standards for electrical and fire safety.
